Section 1
Where this notice applies
This notice applies when Punta Cana Project or an authorized organizer captures or publishes photos, video, or audio from a public or community event. An event listing, registration message, venue sign, or announcement may provide additional event-specific information.
Section 2
Public and community events
Public and community gatherings may be photographed or recorded to document the event and share genuine community moments through Punta Cana Project’s website, social channels, email, or promotional materials. We aim to use media respectfully and avoid presenting people in a misleading or inappropriate way.
Section 3
Close-ups, interviews, and private settings
Where practical, we seek a clearer indication of permission for an interview, posed portrait, testimonial, prominent close-up, or recording in a setting where privacy is reasonably expected. If private events are reintroduced, their organizer may apply stricter consent requirements before guest media is published.
Section 4
Your choices at an event
- Tell the organizer or photographer before or during the event that you prefer not to be featured.
- Avoid an identified filming or photography area where reasonably possible.
- Contact us after publication to request review or removal.
Section 5
Children and family-friendly events
We do not knowingly feature an identifiable child in prominent promotional media without permission from a parent or legal guardian. Family-friendly attendance does not by itself authorize a close-up or interview of a child.
Section 6
Media submitted by members and businesses
Anyone uploading media must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not upload private, unlawful, infringing, or exploitative material. We may moderate or remove submitted media and may ask for evidence of permission.
Section 7
Requesting review or removal
Email info@puntacanaproject.com with your name, the page or post URL, a description or screenshot identifying the media, and the reason for your request. We may ask for information needed to identify you in the media.
We will assess reasonable requests promptly. Removal from our channels may not remove copies already shared, downloaded, indexed, or independently posted by another organizer, attendee, or platform, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
