Section 1
What this policy covers
This policy applies to event tickets paid through Punta Cana Project. Event-specific cancellation terms displayed in the listing or checkout may add to this policy. If they conflict, the terms presented for that event apply unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Section 2
Before purchasing
Review the event date, time, location, ticket quantity, inclusions, restrictions, and price before paying. A paid reservation is confirmed only after successful payment. A pending or failed payment is not a completed ticket purchase.
Section 3
If an attendee cancels
Refund eligibility depends on the event-specific terms, timing, organizer commitments, and expenses already incurred. Unless the listing promises otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, changing your mind, arriving late, failing to attend, or being refused entry for violating event or venue rules does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Section 4
If an event is cancelled or materially changed
If the organizer cancels an event without a replacement, eligible ticket holders will generally receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected ticket. If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, we or the organizer will explain available options. Travel, accommodation, and other external costs are not included unless required by law.
Section 5
How to request a refund
Email info@puntacanaproject.com and include:
- The event name and date.
- Your confirmation reference and account email.
- The reason for the request and any relevant supporting information.
Do not send card, bank-account, or PayPal password details.
Section 6
Refund processing
Approved refunds are normally sent back through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal or the funding provider controls the final posting time, exchange rate, and some processing details. We will update the reservation record when a refund is confirmed. A refund does not include unrelated third-party charges unless required by law.
Section 7
Payment disputes and duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate charge or do not recognize a payment, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Starting a chargeback while a refund or support review is already in progress can delay resolution. Nothing here limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
Section 8
Mandatory rights and contact
This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions and requests should be sent to info@puntacanaproject.com.
